Expert Care
On-site Medical Staff – Registered Nurse
Village Shores Senior Community in Richfield, MN, offers Independent Living (Senior Apartments), Assisted Living, Dementia Care and Care Suites for our residents, all with expert clinical and personal care available. Our senior campus has an on-site medical staff and registered nurse to provide excellent clinical and personalized care for our senior residents.
When new residents move into Assisted Living, Care Suites or Reflections Dementia Care at Village Shores, our registered nurse and on-site medical staff provide assessments for care needs. A registered nurse is assigned to each resident as their Licensed Care Manager (LCM) to carefully assess home, clinical and personal care needs for each individual before move-in. Residents with care needs are monitored and reviewed about every 30 days or after any hospital stay or medical incident. Our medical staff completes resident care plans and monitors medications and other health regimens, making changes as needed.

Village Shores Senior Community has Resident Assistants on-staff 24-hours a day to provide personal senior care services for our 55 and up living community. Our on-site home care services for our residents may include:
The above list is not all-inclusive – every resident may choose to have different services included with their senior care plan or package. We customize the services provided by our Resident Assistants and home care staff to meet each resident’s specific clinical and home care needs.
Village Shores’ Reflections Dementia Care and Care Suites has Resident Assistants and aids specially trained to provide the specific care needed for those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, mobility issues, incontinence and other challenging conditions.

Physical Therapy
At our Village Shores senior community, advanced physical therapy services are available on-site to provide rehabilitation for our full-time residents and respite and short-stay guests.
Physician Partners
Our physician partners offer medical advice and services to ensure our residents receive the best possible medical care at Village Shores in Maple Grove.
Hospice
Our staff at Village Shores in Richfield works with third-party Medicare Certified Hospice, and we offer palliative care through our Enhanced Assisted Living program.
